Upcoming Quest XP Changes
1. One of the other changes we are working on for the upcoming Expansion release is a change to the way quest repetition XP penalty works. Currently whenever you repeat the same quest over and over, the XP degrades until the quest permanently gives little to no XP. With the Expansion, we will allow the penalty to reset after a grace period, similar to the way chest loot ransack works.

2. Next a new daily bonus is being added to quest completions. Every day, a quest will have a bonus added to the base XP value. Playing the quest on any difficulty level qualifies for this daily bonus.

3. Finally, we will be adding a new way to receive bonus XP: Sagas. New NPCs will be arriving in Eberron and Faerûn who chronicle the deeds of heroes across multiple story archs/adventure packs. By completing all the quests in a given Saga, you can speak with the Saga NPC to claim an extra reward such as a large one-time XP grant, guild XP, or even tomes. The quality of those rewards can also be influenced by running the quests on higher difficulties.

You must purchase one of the Shadowfell Conspiracy expansion bundles to gain access to Iconics when the expansion launches. Iconics will also be available for purchase in the DDO Store in Update 20 - each Iconic type will cost 1295 Turbine Points.

Lamannia Release Notes (Last Updated 6-27-2013)

Notable new effects to find include Improved Vorpal, Energy Absorption, and Doubleshot, +10% Dodge, among many others.

        Dodge bonuses have been doubled in value.

•To support the Enhancement Revamp, every existing Character will get a LR +20 TOKEN upon login.
•In other words, Characters copied to Lamannia will receive the LR +20 Token. Newly created Characters on Lamannia will not receive the LR +20 Token.
•To use this token, visit Kruz and select “What do I need to start Lesser Reincarnation?” Then select “I would like to use a heart of wood to reincarnate, but give me specific details before we begin.”

Re-Roll your chests for 50 AS

- Re-roll is available once per chest per dungeon instance

- Other than that, we expect re-roll to be available for a flat rate. (Pricing is placeholder, not real)

You'll notice that once the loot list changes at all, re-roll is no longer available. If you pull an item out of the list or someone transfers an item to your list, you cannot re-roll.

We could do some significantly different things here... restrict it by level or difficulty, scale the cost by level, etc.

Дело-то не в этом.
У меня бард одет на уровне "Топ У-9", с выходом У-14 любой не слишком одаренный человек мог одеться "примерно так же, а то и лучше", а сейчас любой бомж может одеться в 2 раза лучше ничего при этом не делая и ничему не учась, а все тактики сводятся к Зерг Рашу.
"Оказуалили" во всей красе.
Пока хоть "билдодроч" вытягивает...

По поводу денежно-контентных отношений:
1) Такие как я (не-вкладывающие-в-игру-денег-олдфаги), Турбине нахуй не нужны. Я не удивлюсь, если они вообще хотят выгнать всех олдфагов нахуй (например: последние "интересные" новости про дестини, хотя тут они лоханулись и пришлось отмазываться) и завлекать новичков, которые будут покупать косметику, петов и прочее-прочее под вывеской "Forgotten Realms" и СТАРЫЕ ПАКИ, чтобы ТРится, чем делать какой-то интересный новый контент.
2) А я в свою очередь не хочу платить за "летающего кота" 50$, потому что:
а) Я и так могу купить аддон за "накопившиеся ТП"
б) За последний год остальной вышедшие квесты настолько убогие и короткие, что мне хочется турбине не денег дать, а сапогом по ебалу.
в) "Оказуалили"

P.S. В общем, я не хочу нести деньги, я хочу НЫТЬ на форуме, что "ддошка уже не та".

Кузьма спрашивал про изменения монкчеров:
have a half-elf 12/6/2 Monk/Ranger/Artificer.

Looks like he does pretty well in the new enhancements. More wisdom than before, more sneak attack, Free monk stances, all the fun AA stuff (I didn't even use the Elf: Arcane Archer... 6 levels of ranger is enough... no need to go half-elf if you don't want to...)
Lost scroll mastery, and 10% healing amp... but that's about it.
Still fun to play... I like all the imbues, and slayer arrows, if done at the right time, are still very huge DPS.

Just went back in and tested it.
They do NOT share a cooldown. They work exactly the same as they do on live. But 10k stars is now a feat.

Parrying on weapons has been buffed! No-one wanted it before, and for good reason. A weapon effect that doesn't improve your damage just isn't very good.
    Now, Parrying will also deal damage to your enemies when they miss you with a melee attack. This means its value as a guard effect increases with your Armor Class.

    We've buffed Stunning, Shatter, and Vertigo on weapons! New weapons with these effects have new abilities built into them:
    Each hit from a Stunning weapon will debuff enemy Will saving throws, to a maximum of -5.
    Each hit from a Vertigo weapon will debuff enemy Reflex saving throws, to a maximum of -5.
    Each hit from a Shatter weapon will debuff enemy Fortitude saving throws, to a maximum of -5.

    Level 27 includes some new epic feats. As usual for character levels that are multiples of 3, you can fill your level 27 feat slot with any of these new feats requiring level 27, or existing normal feats.
    Each Level 26 feat requires that you have earned all XP for at least 1 Epic Destiny for the sphere related to that feat. Example: To get Epic Tactician you must have capped out the XP for any one Martial Destiny (Shadowdancer, Legendary Dreadnought, or Grandmaster of Flowers).

    The spells below are not Spell-Like Abilities. They are spells. They can be used with metamagics, and the SP cost increases appropriately.
