So it occurs to me that one aspect of warlock is that you can turn the eldritch blast into an aura that ticks every 3 seconds exactly and does spell damage around you. This combines with an old favorite of mine of putting barb splashes into shapeshifting builds for Supreme Cleave. Supreme Cleave also can be used every 3 seconds. This will give continuous physical/magical damage around you in increments of exactly 3 seconds. From there, it just made sense to combine it with Primal Avatar Strength of Spirit: When you hit with a melee attack, or cast a spell on an ally, or cast an offensive spell on an enemy, you gain 1 Spirit. Each of these three categories triggers only once every three seconds. Which is bugged, and you get two spirit from casting, once per three seconds.
Then, you need a Spirit Spender to stomp face, which in this case is Avatar of Nature from Primal Avatar. As a shape shift, it uses unarmed TWF (blunt) regardless of what you have equipped. Which is great because that means you can wield plate + shield (free from Fighter gear 90 base PRR 64 base mrr) for massive PRR and MRR and defensive stance, and still deal TWF damage. Downside of Avatar of Nature is slow attack speed, but if you are spamming cleaves it won't be so bad. Other downside is that you can't cast spells, but since we are using auras for spirit no worries, although this means you will want consecrate-sacred ground divine ability for healing. It will be more than enough, due to all the PRR+MRR, combined with healing amp and + spell power you get with a Wall of Wood Shield. Another upside is that Avatar of Nature stomps face, and hits for 71d20 in its final form, so your weapon damage doesn't matter that much, or really at all.
It has been suggested that PDK and HOrc is best for this build so I'm going to make this a PDK build, but just remove OC if you want any other race.
First looking at enhancements it becomes clear a 4 Fighter> 3 Barb > 13 Warlock split is required to get the auras and moves I want.
Alignment: non-good for Fiend pact non-lawful for barbarian

Weapon: 1H Ooze GS (between enhancements, natural shielding from Primal Avatar, aura temporary HP, and consecrate-sacred ground the oozes spawned and Dryad Elder will be invincible and hold aggro and stop you from being swarmed and overwhelmed, and your weapon damage doesn't really matter.
Shield: EN Wall of Wood (40% HAMP, Devotion, doubles total MRR)
Gloves: 60% HAMP
Rest: Whatever one has available, with lots of more pure tankage and HAMP and deception, since deadly, seeker, and small on-hit damage procs again don't matter that much, or really at all.
