Кто покупает турбинки по карте  - отзовитесь?
Дебетовую карту виза ВТБ отказался принимать - пишет вот такую вот ошибку

На бурговких форумах пишут

Errors CHK-8001 and CHK-8003 indicate that your purchase is being declined by our fraud verification checks. Please feel free to confirm you are entering the correct information, and that your PayPal account is verified (requirements for this vary by country and are determined by PayPal) and then try again.

А это через пейпал? Он же вроде не работает из России.

Это не пей пал - это оплата по кредитке.

У меня по кредитке была ошибка [payment error6], неподдерживаемый регион, в итоге надо было в саппорт тикеты слать.

Чем закончились тикеты? поправилось?

Попереписовался с ними, подтвердил что хочу купить и они сняли оговоренную сумму, но это не очень быстро было, неделю или две заняло. Хотя сейчас они вроде пошустрее работают.

Писал тикеты через день; после 4-го тикета прислали ответ:

Greetings,

Thank you for your inquiry.  You are being sent this email as you selected Update Billing Information or Credit/Debit Card Entry Issue as your inquiry type.

We are happy to inform you that we have recently made several updates to our billing system.  Many players who were previously unable to update their billing information should now be able to do so on the Account Management website.

Please do note that if you are seeing $1.00 holds on your account that they are Authorization Holds, not charges. Turbine never receives any of that money. The length of the hold is determined by your bank.

If you attempt to update your card and are still experiencing errors, there are several possible causes.  If you are receiving error 30005, it is likely due to one of the following:

-the card company is declining the charge for some reason (account protection from online companies, funds on the account, etc)
-the address being provided doesn't match the one the card company has on file for online verification
-the card company isn't providing the 3 digit security code for verification

Error 140003 may be caused if the IP address you are entering the information from isn't recognized as being near the billing address you are entering.  We often see this happen for students and when people are traveling.  If this is the case, it may be easiest to have someone you trust (close friend or family) update the billing information, and then change your password.

If you experience any issues while doing attempting to update your card, you may call or fax your card details.   We are available at 1-781-407-4020, Monday through Friday from 12:00 noon to 8:45 pm Eastern.   

You may also fax the information, attention Katie, to 1-781-407-4228.  If you do this, please include the following details:

-the email address you would like us to send notification to
-the username of the account (that is used to log into the game)
-the first and last name on the credit card (please include any initials)
-the full 16 digit credit card number (15 digits for American Express)
-the expiration date of the card
-the 3 digit security code on the back of the card (the 4 digit code from the front for American Express)
-the billing address as your credit card company has it on file.  Please be sure to include the street, any apartment numbers, city, state/province/area, country and postal code

Please do NOT email your card information, as we cannot accept credit cards via email.

Ну не тупизм ли? ыыыыы  : я пишу что у меня ошибка 8003, а они мне лечат про другие косяки (ну там банк мой виноват или ещё какая хрень)
Попытался ответить на это письмо [ To update your ticket please reply to this Email ] - но какая-то заморская система защиты от спама и вирусов Барракуда заблокировала моё письмо (домен рамблер ру у неё в чёрном списке - печаль). Написал ечсо новый тикет :

I cant reply because Client host [maild.rambler.ru] blocked using Barracuda Reputation; So thats why i have to reply by ticket.
I got a card the Visa specially for purchases on the Internet. So a problem not in my bank.
And my error is CHK-8003. What I need to make to buy Turbine Points?
