To make the Reflection of Wave, you will need,
1 Legendary Echo of Wave with no Sentient Jewel in it (aka a non-sentient weapon)
1 Sentient Jewel of Wave with 0 Sentient XP (as in it has not been fed any named items)
5 Schism Shards from the new raid, Killing Time
